When you buy the book

Stripe runs the checkout, and your order is sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout. Stripe collects your payment details. We never see your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email address, country and what you bought with us, so we can deliver the book, handle refunds and answer your questions. Stripe’s privacy policy covers its part.

When you sign up for the free chapter

We use Kit, an email service, to send you the chapter and our emails about the book. Kit stores your email address for us, and records when our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we can see what’s useful. Kit is based in the United States, and Kit’s privacy policy covers its part.

Nothing is sent until you confirm your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and if you ask, we’ll delete your address completely.

When you visit the site

Our web host, [Your web host, for example Netlify or Cloudflare], records basic technical details such as your IP address and browser to keep the site running and secure, and keeps them for a short time. The fonts and images come from this site, so your visit isn’t shared with anyone else.
